BP Employment aims to work closely with you and your firm in order to ensure maximum quality and efficiency. Please read about our five-step method below.

Step 1 Introduction and Intake: During our first contact, we get acquainted without any obligation. We tell you about BP Employment and our way of working and are more than welcome to answer all your questions. When there is a good fit, we discuss the current layout of your tech team as well as the ambitions of your organization. We draw up a clear job description and the ideal profile of a potential IT professional.
Step 2 Selection procedure: After our intake, we will immediately start searching. Based on the job description and number of candidates you are looking for, we will look in our extensive network for the ideal applicants. We will have regular update calls with you or one of your colleague to ensure a smooth process. As soon as we have found the right candidates, we will share their profiles with you.
Step 3 Guidance during the application process: Once one or more candidates have been deemed suitable for the first interview round we will prepare them and provide you with any additional information you might need. Between different interview rounds, we will communicate the feedback between the two parties.
Step 4 Offer: After a final decision has been made to hire a candidate, we take care of the contracts and all administrative matters. Furthermore, we will prepare your new employee for their first day at your company.
Step 5 Evaluation: Based on the type of recruitment provided (recruitment & selection, freelance, or secondment), we will keep in touch regarding the performance or your new employee and other potential vacancies we can assist you with.
