Resume Review: If you meet the qualifications for one of our open positions, we will review your resume and conduct a more in-depth interview to determine if you are a good fit for the role.

Interviews: We will coordinate and schedule interviews between you and the hiring company. We will provide guidance on interview preparation and what to expect during the interview process.

Follow-up: After each interview, we will follow up with you and the hiring company to gather feedback and determine the next steps.

Offer and Negotiation: If you are offered a position, we will help negotiate salary and other terms of employment on your behalf. We will also provide guidance on how to accept the offer and what to expect during the onboarding process.

Onboarding: We will assist with the onboarding process, such as coordinating a start date, helping with paperwork, and answering any questions you may have.
